The Truth About Fitness.
That nobody wants to tell you.
Good day Conqueror.
There’s a dirty little secret behind the fitness industry.
Luckily you’ve got me. Someone who actually wants to help you.
I’m not here to sell you a meal plan that you’re never going to use.
That’s cute.
Nor am I here to be your personal trainer.
But you may have seen pictures of me that I have posted on occasion, yes?
The only reason I post those is to prove my point.
I am not a fitness guru, a fitness guy, or brand, or whatever.
But I live in a way that allows me to look the way I do when I have a life that is just as busy as yours.
What is a priority, you make time for.
So what’s the secret you ask? It’s not that complicated.
That’s it. These fitness gurus and personal trainers out here are telling you to buy something that I am going to give you for free in this email.
The only thing you may actually need from them is a helping hand and some accountability since nobody can seem to get their ish together and follow through on anything these days…
So here’s the freebie.
Ready?
Strength training, not cardio, will help you lose fat.
Eat less or more calories than you need based on your goals. There are a million things online for you to calculate this, don’t overthink it. get a good idea and run with it.
Eat your ideal body weight in protein every day. If you’re not sure aim for 150-200. You’ll be chillin’.
Do your strength training at least 3x per week. Really all you need to do is go harder than last time. You should be sore after every session. Increase weights or reps it doesn’t matter. Gym? Good. Want to do push ups? Go for it. Any strength training will work, just do it!
Do this for months, compared to what you’re doing now? You’ll most likely be in incredibly better shape.
All these guys online want it to seem difficult so they have something to sell you when really all you need to do is make this a habit.
If you don’t exercise at all right now just start with walking. Literally just do more than you did yesterday and progressively get better. Simple.
Until next time.
Exactness, strength, and honor.
