Live With Purpose and Conquer Life

Living in Alignment

One of the core issues people have with feeling fulfilled and confident in who they are is that they don’t live with a purpose in mind or they are not living in alignment with their purpose.

So how do we fix it?

It starts with understanding this concept:

YOU MUST BUILD FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

For example, buying a Rolex will not make you confident. It is something external and temporary. We want lasting satisfaction and fulfillment, and the only way to achieve that is by starting within.

The person who is confident and fulfilled didn’t get that way from external forces, purchases, or possessions. They got there from their character; the habits they kept which led to the person they became.

Now you need to start asking yourself questions, good questions, to understand what is at your core.

What do I want? Not what I have been told to want, or what other people want for me, but what would truly make me happy when I look in the mirror? What would make me proud of myself?

Next, what is in the way of what I want?

What do I look like? How do I dress? How do I carry myself? How do people perceive me? What level of confidence do I give off? What habits do I have? Can I change these things to get to the person I want to be?

Okay one step further, why do I want these things? Why do I want to change? This question is most important because it will weed out any surface-level answers from your previous questions and get you to the root of it all.

Good, you are clear on your purpose, have asked the hard questions, and know your core values. Now it’s time to act. Become that person.

This is not “fake it till you make it”.

This is, “I want people to perceive me as a professional just by looking at me.” I am now a person who deliberately dresses competently and carries myself accordingly.

This is, “I want to be strong and fit.” I am now a person who goes to the gym regularly. Period.

It is ACTION. Immediate-consistent action. A change of self.

You get the idea. It won’t happen overnight, but then nothing worthwhile happens quickly.

I want you to take a moment and imagine you had this life. Imagine you worked on this for just 1 year, woke up daily knowing what you were going after, and making it happen daily even when it gets hard.

Seriously take a look at how you would feel… This is the power of clarity and consistent action. You will be someone completely different. Someone that you actually like!
