Be Like Leonardo Da Vinci.
A new mindset.
If you aren’t journaling every day and carrying a notebook with you.
I don’t know what you’re doing.
Just kidding.
But seriously.
Think about some of the greatest minds of all time.
Leonardo Da Vinci, Beethoven, Michelangelo, Einstein, the list goes on.
I truly believe this is one of the best habits you can pick up and develop.
My suggestion is to take a look at Leonardo’s handiwork. He drew and wrote on the same pages and it is suggested that this helped him with understanding and creativity, he didn’t separate drawing from thoughts, feelings, note-taking, math, etc.
Journaling can give you an outlet for emotion, not just to put it somewhere but also to understand yourself. Identify beliefs, see thought patterns physically, and develop an extreme self-awareness.
It will help you break negative thought loops by putting it out somewhere other than inside of you mind alone.
Creating this into a habit will help you track things and see the progress you are making.
The roi on this habit compounded over years is massive.
These are ALL things that I have personally seen benefit from it.
Try this and you won’t regret it.
This goes a bit farther than just writing, drawing and keeping a notebook.
Think of this as a change in mindset.
