Keep A Journal

What it taught me.

Grand Rising Conquerors,

Keeping a journal was one of the best habits I have ever picked up.

I started around 2015? I think. I would have to pull out my oldest one to see.

But, that’s the beauty of it. I have a record of my life.

I started carrying it around with me everywhere.

There was a period of a few years where I didn’t miss a single day.

YEARS!

The way I did it has changed over the years. I had smaller lined ones. I had dotted ones and now I stick to blank pages.

I use it more as a notebook than just a journal. I carry it with me all the time.

I use it to write down Ideas, take notes, to do lists, draw, anything I want.

I can make mind maps, learn languages, and track habits.

I use it like Leonardo Da Vinci, a big inspiration of mine.

The only person whose biography I have ever been interested enough to read.

Keeping a notebook will allow you to not only keep a record of things that you can look back on and learn from but also allow you to see your progress.

You will be able to think and draw things out thoroughly.

There is a mind body connection that happens when you write physically that connects your ideas and thoughts and connects your creative mind and logical thinking into one.

You will see massive results in your thinking power if you take this habit seriously.

Have fun with it.

Like I said, try different things, and see what works for you. Don’t be afraid to experiment and think for yourself.

I believe that this habit has helped me develop my ability to think critically, connect ideas in new ways, and think for myself.

Sitting alone, meditating, thinking deeply, and writing for hours.

Imagine the thinking power you will develop over time.

I promise you this habit will help you in more ways you can imagine.

Until next time.
